Accounts and Acceptable Use
Users must protect account credentials and use the service lawfully. Security attacks, harmful automation, malware, unlawful data collection and infringement are prohibited. Google Login/OAuth may be offered as an authentication option.
Children and Intellectual Property
Child-facing features require appropriate adult oversight and are not diagnostic tools. Lumiya's original software, content, design and brand materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
UK Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.
